We hope this guided tour will show you the incredible features that are in the Quay Management Law product. Below is a brief description of each of the major features of the site. If you click on one of them it will enable you to read more information about that feature.

The Front Page

The Front Page allows you to get a top level view of whats happening in the company and with particular cases. There are links to important web sites, a search bar to get you straight to your favorite Internet search engine and links to your favorite news resources and other items such as message boards and employee bulletins.

This whole page is configurable to your specification.

The Folder Structure

We have consulted with Legal Professionals to arrive at this folder structure. It contains elements to allow you to control all your documentation and communication around legal cases.

This folder structure is fully configurable to allow for the differences in your practices and procedures.

The Tool Bar

The tool bar allows you to quickly select what you want to do whether it is adding a document or performing a full text search. It only show the resources you are allowed to access depending upon where you are in the folder structure and what your role is (eg a company solicitor or a client).

Full Text Searching of Documents

You can now store all your word, PDF or excel documents online and they are fully searchable. You can select any word that you know will be in teh document you need to find, type it in and the document will be returned. Only those documents that you are allowed to access are returned in a search.

News and Events

This product allows you to add news and event items that relate to the whole company or to a case. Once again only those people who have access to a particular area will have access to the news and event items. They also show up on your calendar view!

Memos and Task Lists

Memos can be sent to people in the company (or to outside people) and are then stored online for you to access later. Task lists for cases can also be set up.

Favorites

If you use a particular part of the site regularly you can add it to your 'favorites'. This allows you to click on it from wherever you are in the site.

Discussions and Comments

Assuming you have permission to do so, you may comment on or discuss any items on the site, including documents, news, memos and so on.
