Discussion
At the folder level where you are able to view individual documents you can perform the below listed functions.
Add a Comment
This function allows you to comment on one of the documents listed.
You are able to preview the comment before it is added to the discussion list using the Preview Comment button or you can simply add the comment immediately using the Add Comment button. Once you have added the comment it will be displayed as part of the discussion related to this document.
View Discussion
This function will display all of the comments in relation to a document in the Correspondence\General folder.
You are able to reply to any of the discussion items listed using the Reply to This button.
